Attracting Visitors to your Site
It’s always an advantage that you site has a lot of hits per day. Hits meaning visitors to your blog who reads your article or get some useful information on the thoughts that you wrote. But you asked, with so many sites in the world, how can I guarantee that my blog has visitors in a day? Well, that’s where you put in your effort and time. Here are some of the things I have tried to attract internet surfers to visit my site.
1. Link Exchange
PAYPAL
While reading my post about paid blogging I know there’s is something that is bugging your mind. Something that is on your top priority and the main reason you want to earned through blogging. You asked, how do you get paid? How do we know that what I am talking about is legit and I am not making things up. Well, ALL paid blogging sites that I am engaged in requires you to have a PAYPAL ACCOUNT. That is where the money that you earned is being sent.
Factors in Paid Blogging
As I said, blogging is easy. But when you choose to go into paid blogging it will get a bit complicated. When paid blogging started, statistics were not given much importance. But as it gained popularity some factors were considered. And so, we bloggers are left to cope and learn. Here are some basic information that you might want to know before and after you start blogging. Note: What I am sharing with you is my first hand knowledge on subject. I am not an expert blogger. What I know is limited. So if you want to learn more I suggest you do some research. The internet has a lot of information, all you need to do is look around.
Let’s Get Started
I do hope I was able to send out a message in my previous post. Because in the past, I have met a lot of people who wanted to start paid blogging but later on get tired and just quit. That’s because they expect that once they start blogging, the money would start flowing in their pocket. That is such a misconception. As I said, to succeed you need to devote some time and effort in your blog. And there are also individual who wants to succeed but their way of learning is through ‘spoon feeding’. They wanted you to supply everything to them and want you to help them every step. They just don’t have the initiative to learn on their own and research, which can be harmful to both side (the mentor and the mentee). The mentor will get irritated at some point on the mentee’s lack of initiative and the mentee will be confined on only the things that the mentor knows. So take the hint, okay? If by chance you got lucky and found someone who is willing to teach you, don’t abuse it. Don’t act as if he/she can be free anytime and would always be on your beck and call.
A Starting Note
Now that I have given you a view that there is really money in blogging, I guess you are itching to ask me ‘How do I get started?’, ‘What will I do?’ Well, for starters, relax! And remember, you cannot do this in one sitting. You need to invest your time and effort to make things work! And I will tell you beforehand that if you really want to earn a lot, and I mean a lot (which might equate to surpassing your monthly salary) you have to (like any ordinary job) be dedicated to your blog.
$ 4K in 9 months!
I know many of you are curious on how much do I earn through paid blogging since that’s the main reason why you are interested to learn on how to go about it. Mid of last year I really got involved into it and I was able to establish four blogs. All of which have good statistics at one point in time. When I say good statistics that means I have people visiting my blog and actually reading my post. Three of my blogs even have page rank (we’ll explore more about this and I’ll explain this one later).
Intro to Blogging and Paid Blogging
I started to blog way back 2004. At that time a friend of mine who happens to know that I love to write asked me I already knew about the current trend — BLOGGING. I told her not yet so when I had time I started to look into it. That was the start for me. Right now, my first two blogs are non existent already. I have already deleted them because I realized there is too much personal stuff there.
